Answer: They're all bad brake calipers. The good news is, we can repair yours--at less cost and more value to you than a cheap replacement!
Our Philosophy:
- If it’s not broken, don’t fix it,

- Repair rather than replace if possible.
These three tenets save our customers money, time (fewer return trips to the mechanic), and provide value.
Why Repair instead of Replace? vs.
Original brake calipers are much higher quality than cheap replacements. If properly maintained, an original caliper can last the life of the car. A typical replacement caliper lasts only about as long as a set of brake pads--maybe two, if you’re lucky. Other shops don’t even think about attempting to repair the existing caliper--their business model is to throw it and replace it. And then it’s likely you’ll need to replace them again much sooner. Our methods reduce waste, protect the environment, and save you money.
